Why Grand Manan?

Grand Manan summers would surprise most Europeans — shirtsleeves, sundowners on the veranda and long golden evenings that seem to go on forever. Atlantic Canada knows how to do summer.

Taste of the Island

Imagine a deer steak — venison to our European friends — glazed with Arbor & Shore maple syrup, produced right here on the island, sizzling on the BBQ, and a pot of fresh clam chowder seasoned with traditional Grand Manan dulse on the stove. We can arrange local produce waiting for you on arrival — a true taste of Grand Manan from the moment you walk through the door.
